To see you cry, my dear friend
To see you feeling such pain
To know no hands I could lend
That’s what drives me insane

Wish I would be, there for you
Wish I would be just there
Wish I could do, what I should do
Wish life for once, is fair

Hang on there, my dear friend
How tuff it is; it will be gone
Never twist nor even bend
It’s always darkest before dawn
