A special person, Such as yourself, Deserves special mention, From the abyss, Of my heart, At first, I welcomed you, Into my life, As a simple friend, However, As sunrises, And sunsets, Faded into, The night, Thoughts of you, As more than, Just a friend, Kept recurring, In my dreams, I was captured, By your smile, Whenever I met, Your beautiful eyes, And your soft tips, Always uttered, An angelic voice, Composed of, A perdurable set of, Melodious musical notes, That never failed, To sweep me, Off my feet, But now, Being so far apart, And when you, Are not here, With me, The only music, I hearken to, Is a recorded tape, Of your sweet voice, In the end, I was seduced, By everything, That you were, And, By everything, That you are, A special person.
Reason for writing:
My soul was captured by someone . So this is dedicated to that Special Person . Right now I only wish the next time I go back to my home country that I would be able to see her again.Dedicated to Shobana.I miss her very much.All comments are appreciated on this poem .
