Hawks

by Newt Newton - Aquarius

Eyes follow you down the hall
Like a hawk watching its prey
Burning holes in your clothes
In the back of your head
In your backpack

Maybe that's why all my stuff falls out

Bending down to pick it up
The hawks attack
And my books skid across the floor
I don't stand a chance
The hawks watch and laugh
Leave me alone, I yell!

They claim another victim

The hawks are victorious
As always

Reason for writing:

Just a short thing i wrote in 6th period, after something that happened during 5th period bell. The hawks are actually our school mascot! what can I do to improve it? (I need help people!)
