I Know what it's like to love and not to be
Loved back!
I know all about it I know for a fact!
I know How it feels to be broken Hearted all
Because of something he started!
And I know what it's like to feel that
nobody cares!
And when you know what he is after and where
he is looking as he stares!
And when you say you wonder if it's real
I know all about it!
I know how you feel!
I know you felt when he said he loved
her instead of you!
And I know what it was like that night while
lying in bed!
You felt like you heart had been broken in two!
All because you loved him and he only Liked YOU!
Reason for writing:
I was inspirated by a guy that I was dating when I wrote this
poem. I had dated this guy for about 4 months. He started
acting funny when he came back from the beach but he never
said anything about not caring for me anymore until after
he took the one thing from me that I could never get back.
After he did this I cared for him more than ever, but he did
not. It turned out that he had been dated a girl that he meet
at the beach. I lied in my bed crying and crying for months
than I realized he was not worth it. Do not let a guy take
advantage of you because their are other guys that will
treat you better. I Know I found one!
