She is my Fear

She stalks my dreams; ever
seeking--prowling through my thoughts
uncovering shadows hidden no more
She enters my mind; cloaked
in mystery--a deeping fear envelopes
a weakened slave to this 
unbearable torture--overwhelming
She pierces the innermost regions
unhealing wounds; the path She took
remanents and scars--haunting nightmares
of which I can not awaken
Her identity a Fear left masked
surrounded by an unpenetrable wall
and I a victim alone
amongst the shadows of my Fear
