A Cry From A Child

by Babycakes_101 - Leo

A Cry From A Child
An innocent child fast asleep
Thats when in he would creep
Sneaking to the bed full of stuffed dolls
Hopeing no one would hear him walk threw the halls
He waks her up, slips into bed
Runs his hand over her head
The peaceful drems she was dreaming
Suddenly become so decieving.
She knew now she wouldn't be protected
He'd shut her up if she prtested
Many years of troubled tears
She woke up to face those same fears.
Finally getting stoped what was being done
Still to late she lost her innocent one.
About four years she was able to live
Without a care, she didn't have to give
Four years of innocents, sixteen of pain
Still closeing her eyes wondering the same.
Who would she be now, if innocents were kept
How would she act had he never crept.
Anger, bitterness fill her heart
But she Leanrs with that to part
Go on with your life she'd often say
Don't let him control your every day.
So as she sits here, she wonders why
The tears on her pillow remain dry.
