So Alone

I feel so alone
Like the whole world has turned it's back on me
As though I am standing here within my own puddle of tears
The cold rain pouring down upon my back
My face has become a dead weight
No longer able to smile
I'm left alone
Reaching for someone to hold me
To make things better
It's useless
I'm so alone.
