I wove a dream Of moons and stars And cast a spell On gloomy hours For which no more I wish to spend But dare to hope At evening's end That I will sleep A thousand days And wake no more To troubled haze But journey forth On silver wings And relish in Such wondrous things As midnight filled With glorious streamers And shadow play Of fellow dreamers
