I once had a dream, That the sky lost its blue, And to me it did seem, That love's really not true. I once had a dream, That day turned to night. The suns brilliant beam, Became not so bright. The dark seemed to stay, For what seemed like ages. And battling each day, Created my life's pages. Each chapter that wrote, Tells of many tales. Twas like sailing a boat, Without any sails The light reappeared, The day I met you. And all that I feared, Seemed to disappear too. The love people speak of, That I believed was unreal.
