Dealers and Buyers A clean butcher shop, a clean butcher not a drop of blood on his snowy white apron, no carcasses of dead sheep or the head of a pig, on a tray, with white eyebrows and an apple stuck in its mouth. Meat minced, cut in squares or neatly sliced, resting on a bed of parsley and lettuce leaves; tempting even for a strict vegetarian. The killing is done far from here, so distant that the rattling sound of slit throats and geysers of blood on a dirty cement floor can't be sensed. I bought pork chops for my supper.Birth sign: Scorpio
