"Old dusty book keeper",
Come take my hand,
Like a lover whose now found his heart,
And realise that time has past.
You whisper Venus' words into my ear,
Enchanting me with memory and "old care",
Keeping me enclosed in "mind's" lair,
Afraid am I of the cold man with the cold stare,
Thus to venture forth is my greatest fear.
Shut me off from that "bright light",
And cover me with the warmth of rememberance.
Protect me from life's greatest rival,
"Old dusty book keeper",
Soothe my troubled heart.
