I see things about you You may already know. It's not too hard to notice... You're not afraid to let them show. I see you love animals, And probably babies, too. Maybe children, and young people, old people, Most likely this is true. When I ask for simple things, And see your eyes, soft and brown The room -- it changes, right away... warmth and serenity all around. Despite these things I see The one thing that I fear. If you can't see what is happening You may one day disappear. So, please, look at me now, With that kindness in your eyes. And please, please, believe me When I tell you, the mirror lies.
