In the midst of Him precious like a gem with wings of silk and a halo of gold he took me in His arms tenderly He did hug sorrowfully He looked into my eyes and with a tear in His said "WELCOME HOME MY CHILD" and when i had gotten home again He looked at me and said "I've been waiting a long time for you to be here with me again" and then He looked at me and started to cry. He gave me a big hug and told me about all i had become. then i asked Him "Why was it so hard? why couldn't it be easier?" He just smiled and said " I never said it would be easy!"
Reason for writing:
I just would like to go home again to my father in heaven and that's why
Iwrote this poem. I just want to thank my english teacher at Newton High School for telling this was
