constant void of reality

within the darkness
all thought recedes
emptiness engulfs me
flooding back the tides of hatred
                                 scorn
                                      laughter
i have deprived myself of meaning
for i live no more
                  all i am is an object
my mind 
       a constant void of reality
my flesh
        the scars of self infliction
everything is nothing
nothing is everything
i stare out
           not breathing.
