A Victims Lucky Night

by Veronica Stacey - Aquarius

The curve you're fastly rounding
Slowed by sirens sounding
You heart racing & wildly pounding
All of your prayer slowly drowning.

Not sure what kind of sirens you hear
The cry of the victim in your ear
Not knowing what it is you fear
Your knowledge of the victim makes you care.

Waiting impatiently in the emergency room
Your facec not letting you assume
Finally the doctor brings you news
He tells you the victim won't live till June.

What? Who? How can this be?
Her wedding day she'll never see
The fact that she'll won't be alive
And the other drive was unfit to drive.

When I think of what she could be,
Tooken away so insantly;
Drives me to my knees
Please, I pray, to save lives, when someone else is drunk, take the keys!!!!!!!

Reason for writing:

My sister and her friend were "parked" on the side of the rode(WELL OFF THE ROAD)and an usaull drunk hit them and threw my sisters friend ten feet on the road she was critically hurt and it was all because someone didn't stop him before he started. Please stop anyone that you see that is drunk from getting into a car! It is fine to be drunk as long as you keep at home; off the roads!
