Who do I make happy?
The connection
Or the little things.
Of course
Not both
It would be too easy
The grin inside
Shows you like
Pulling my world in two.
How dare you
Do I find hallow happiness
In the flowers and the kiss
Or look elsewhere 
With no one there for me,
For the connection and and togetherness.
Which heart will I let be happy?
How dare you make me choose
How dare you be
On such opposite ends
Of the spectrum
Which heart will be made happy?
