If Only


If I could only heal your Pain,
to show you all is not in Vain.
To see once again that boyish smile,
would make it all worth while.
I know you cant show how you feel,
but how much I care is for real.
Im here till you throw me away,
but ill be back like a dog on a rainy day.
Your lack of faith i can see,
but i have enough for you and me.
Even if im far or near,
my heart feels your every fear.
I cannot heal a broken heart,
or even promise we will never part.
But im here for you any time of day, 
to help ease your pain,come what may.
