Faceless Face

by Zejid Halvadzic - Gemini

A face that we can see
A face that we can name
Only one of the kind

Neither mouth nor nose
Where are the eyes
Where are the cheeks
Where are the ears
We can not tell

It’s full of seas with out water
Named by those from our history

We have seen it
We have touched it
And now, we have forgotten about it

Reason for writing:

The race to the moon inspired me, but it was soon after forgotten. With ever evolving technology one day it will be possible to live in the outer space.
