Just going through the motions
Is that what you're doing?
Love is all you really want
It doesn't matter who.
You swear the love you have for me
Is true...
But little do you know
I can sense a hollow heart
In a hollow man.

Ashamed of what we have.

Spare no expense.
The irony is choking me
I'm the one that was leary
Second guessing my feelings
Thinking that you weren't good enough for me.

Again, irony is choking me
A hollow heart, deceiving to be genuine,
Loving and being loved
By a a heart with depth, translucent to look hollow.
