One last breath of life I take close my blue eyes and wish the world away eighty five years i live upon this place we call earth My body will return to the dirt which it came from So dont cry for my departure for I will never leave When you miss me just look beneathe your boot and there I will be planted in the rich soil and leaves look up in the sky and see the birds gracefully flying Iam holding on to their wings when clouds appear and the sky darkens I will be the rain drops that fall Im the twinkle in the stars Im the crutch to hold you up when you fall Im your strength and your weakness though Im gone my pressence will always remain Dream a little dream about the praries and the fields running free no common boundries close your eyes and smell the fresh air and let it burn your nostrils Im the wave in the ocean the smell of the salt the sound that a happy child makes the laughter in your heart the saddness of a farewell and a depart Im the feeling of a full stomach after a huge dinner the hunger of the greedy Im the first love and the anticipation of the first kiss when the sun shines on you that is my smile when the wind blows that is my fear and anger trees will stand and give shade but Im the one that brings shelter Im your pain and sorrow your hope and prayers for a better tomorrow so I’ll close my eyes and sleep eternally in my little box the worms will have their meal and I will be fulfilled though my body is no longer walking amongst you I never left I will be in everything that you do I am a part of you and that will remain regardless of how long I am gone physically spiritually I’ll remain the same. Peace
