The Hand Print Is Still There

by Heather Williams - Libra

It's not something that happened to me
In this lifetime
Although it sounds so familiar
So afraid if doing something wrong
Walking around the house on pins and needles
I remember one time walking with a friend
I became lost and it was late
The blue truck came whirling around the corner
On two side wheels
He pulled me in by the hair and smacked me
Across the face

Reason for writing:

Watching a movie on Lifetime...too many past connections.
