I peer inside
and what do I see
A women cofused
she doesn't know what to do
Always in fear
But mostly confused
Thinking and re-thinking his words
Over and over again.
The pain in her eyes
all too familiar to me
A whisper to the ball
Ensuring it will be alright
and a brush of my hand
her destiny's changed
