That pedestle that they through you on It's more that you can take Cursing and pumping your fist at them But a difference it will not make. So why are you so affraid of heights? Up there, you're all alone No longer another face in the crowd. You're singled out Equaling a much better target. And this fear is coming out as anger, No? Is it that you hate the expectations Forced upon you Feeling obligated to someone Other than yourself You never asked and didn't want. Just stood out in the crowd That was all. All your crying and cursing Won't get you anywhere. The reason why is because You're so far up And frankly, no one cares. We're all standing on pedestles somewhere else.
