A plane flew Over my head, Glowing Lights of red, With great speed And high altitude, Gracefully gliding Along the lines of latitude, And as I looked up I thought Of all the cruelty That I brought, That pilot, of that plane, Could be the one That I picked on in school, I said she weighed a ton, Or he that was the filth Upon my shoe, Or she, the one I drenched Her hair with glue, Or the poor family Down the street, That never showered And always got beat, And I chuckled And laughed at them all, Made jokes When I saw them fall, Then the plane left its tracks As it slowly disappeared, The long straight line of smoke Left amongst the clouds, just lingered. A few minutes later Another plane flew by, And I thought this is it, Waiting for the bomb to drop from the sky, But there was no explosion From she that was chunky, Or the boy that became a man That I swore looked like a monkey, Or she that reaked of cow maneur Or any one I criticized years ago, But one day I know, I can just sense, That my home is going to blow, So once again another plane came Flying lower than ever before, The sound was louder and My chest could feel the vibrating roars, But out of fear that my house Might not stand I held up a sign In my shaking hand, That read "please don't hurt me I'm sorry… honestly"
