Paddington

by David Pexton - Aquarius

I saw myself standing
I was standing there
Amongst other people we stared
the fate we knew
that will end in despair

we saw the carriage visible
but still we could see through
not just the carriage
but the bodies too

There are so many stories
that ended with gloom
this dream I’m afraid
will end too soon

Reason for writing:

This was too inspired by a dream
I was standing on the platform on the day of the Paddington rail disaster. And for some reason, i didn't want to get in the carriage as I knew something bad was going to happen. But everyone in the carriage was staring at me and they were all ghosts. even the carriage turned transparent.

i gotta stop dreaming. it's messing wiv my head
