Rain, dripping, spitting and clattering to the ground With it’s pitter, pattering, rhythmic sound It beats like a drum, and drizzles like a tap, And pounds to the earth with an almighty crack And then the sound of the falling rain is dimmed With the deafening clashes of the rolling thunder Then the flashes of lightning arrive to take their course, The sky lights up, and the world echoes the harmonic Songs of nature for a while, But then nature’s voice becomes hoarse And then the illuminated heavens stop And the overpowering wind comes with a forcible breath It moves the grass like an ocean of green And roars like a ferocious lion unseen It eats the leaves of the trees and then breaks Their branches with a single flick And then the mighty winds stop And the sun shines her sympathy on the uprooted earth The leaves begin to nourish on her light And the once sheltered birds emerge and take flight. And they are happy that come the rain and snow, They can always trust in her everlasting glow.Birth sign: Taurus
