She said she loved him. He said he loved her. One day they woke up, and realized they weren't quite sure. The kept the whole thing going, Never explaining how they felt. Neither ever knowing, The others rose had begun to welt. The went on with their lives, as they had planned before. The wedding did pass, and became a family of four. 50 years later, Still convincing themselves to be soul mates, A realistic thought entered their minds, "This is not our fate" So, what if this, in time, Turned out to be you? Would you break the "love" off, and find your realy destiny?
Reason for writing:
i walk down the hallways at school. I see people in these long term relationships. They make promises to each other to be together forever. They feel committed, they feel trapped. Neither of them ever really want to hurt the other, never want to break the promise and feel like the "bad guy". They end up living their lives in a artifical love. You shouldn't have to LEARN to love someone. We should all WANT to love someone.
