I see a reflection in the distance it glitters within your eyes I see me inside of you as you whisper simple words that go straight to my heart. Pull me out from inside take a slow ride no need to hurry no one gets to come in inside of these eyes. Your secrets I have seen tell me more like you I've met no other and it came as a surprise I thought my hopes died long ago. Always smile for a little while your eyes I've seen burn like a lost little child. Lips stuttering no pride at all ashamed to speak of all I feel I'm losing but because of you I smile like no other. In you I see the greatest view the brightest star run walk whatever you may dream just come back and instill life inside of me. Descending into heaven escaping from hell driving down that highway into a sea of faces reflections of myself in you reflections of you in I. No one gets in no one gets out alive swallow you our innocence purity. Who are you who am I just tired of hanging around waiting wondering what do you see when you look in my eyes. A breath of new life your words have touched me with your gentle voice your sweet whispers have whisked me away to a place I've only dreamed of walking. With your eyes mesmerized on my every move catching every sweet word that rolls off of our tongues tumbling from my lips waiting to release all that's held you down broken you because before you is a lost little boy with a heart so pure and true. I remembering thinking I could love you like no other and we touch each other with risks like no other. Lost little girl we want the world to see our destinys now bringing these worries you and I share to a wonderful end. But we never can when we're alone separate timid and scared without each other we have to much to bear. It's our time to try let's take a walk awake to each other's eyes live in that dream sleep that you wish was your life. Lets step into the ocean of love thats risen to our thighs because when we talk for hours I feel you let me inside but I feel that this is not an illusion there's only one conclusion that can end my confusion when you bring my wildest dreams to life so real that I can touch them feel them see them breathe them like never before for this is the first time.
Reason for writing:
It's about a girl that I work with, and in the past 4 months we've become best friends. But I've fallen for her because she's just like me in every way. But she doesnt feel the same cause she sees to much of herself in me. So this is just about how she makes me feel, and I guess whats its like holding on to the hope that someday, we could be together.
