A Decided Anomality

by Matthias L. - Capricorn

Tomorrow I'll know if the choices are made
While I hesitate, time never stops
Are you still the same person
I used not to know

No more healing eyes,
can't remain such a burden
To myself, it's not much anymore
Left behind are shattered hopes

Look into the mirror, what will I find?
Broken wheels that now stopped bleeding
The lost wake of the prison moon
Look into myself, what can I find?
  A senseless mind
  Stripped of anything
A sign to end all that's begun

Crawl behind my fleshly mask
Resistance weakens when the assault strikes the core
Stop asking the same old questions
That in my dreams I only hear

Frozen to the river of change
Left behind the walls of stone
Final decisions sound always the same
 Putting everything down from nothing

  All those little pieces
  Come together now
  Form a whole new world
  Somehow familiar
  Haven't we been there before
  Together
