It all started one night when I clicked onto this site. It was a game I was just looking to play , But what jumped out at me was this special name. You invited me to join you for awhile, I accepted with a smile. Our conversations was very interesting. Everything I said was not all true, But eventally I came clean to you. It was getting late that night and I knew it had to come to a end. I didn't want to leave you, so you added me as your friend. After we left that night I didn't really know if we would ever talk again. But it just so happened we did. our conversations grew stronger, longer, and deeper . we knew there was a strong connetion between the two of us. and here we are now. Even though the miles keep us apart. Our hearts still touch each other. I lay in bed till all hours of the night. wishing, dreaming of your arms around me tight. All I do is hold my pillow, snuggle up in my blanket. and try to feel your warm body touching mine. Closing my eyes and imagining us making love all through the night. As I wake up tears fills my eyes. Cause I know your not by my side. I come down the stairs, I turn on and go online. waiting to see your name appear, Turn up the volume as loud as it will go just to here you knock on my door. We always seem to have so much to say. Our hearts our so intertwined. The things you say to me, Know one has ever said before. I take it all in and listen to every word you say. I know were meant to be together, you've promised me it will happen. I know it will. God can't keep two people apart that belong as one. you are a man of your words. There is one more thing I need to know. Is this love that we feel ?
Reason for writing:
This poem was the first poem I had ever wrote for someone on the net, I had met him on my moms puter playing a card game. And he became very special to me. But he lived very far away (Cananda) and we was not able to ever meet. We now remain friends.
