Alone I still stay here all alone, Waiting to see if you’ll ever return. I cry to hear your voice, or see your smile, To me you are like no one I’ve ever known. Why did this terrible thing happen to us, I miss the way we used to hold each other, The times that were spent with just you and me. Why did you have to flee? My heart is sinking deeper and deeper, My mind is spinning faster and faster. I don’t know what to do without you, Your absence has been too much for me. I wonder if you think about me at night, The way I always think of you. I miss your sweet smell, How your hair felt when I ran my fingers threw it. The stars shine bright in the moon lit sky, Still my only words are why, why, why, In your absence I have felt much grief, I wish you would return so I could feel some relief.
