Back On Earth

by FireFly - Libra

Back on earth-
Hands were seen sifting thru polluted soil-
Back on earth-
A starving child steals a crust of bread-
Back on earth-
An innocent man is electrocuted-
Back on earth-
Jews and Moslems; the holy bloody capital of the world-
Back on earth-
Rolling hills, in rolling blackouts-
Crash landings on the landing strip-
"Oscar Awards shown in nearly every...hemisphere"-

Back on earth-
101 driving, to get me some-
Bulldozers; man’s steel hands in nature’s pants-
Mike Patton’s immortal words running thru my head-
"Slap your face with my boloney, squeeze my macaroni"-
"Never cheer before you know who's winning"-
"Your gonna die, how does it feel?"-
Back on earth-
Today I’m going to be strong-
Passing the bottle around-
Smiles and friends-
I couldn’t walk away from-
They felt my pain, and I have theirs-
Back on earth-
Atomic movies-
Atomic boobs-
Atomic bands-
And nuclear bombs-
Back on earth-
A defense shield to protect us from termite size-
Weapons of mass destruction?-
Foot 'n Mouth disease-
Should only inflict itself on those who tend to preach-
Maybe someone like me?-
Today on the menu we have-
Hezbollah Hamburger, the taste JUST explodes in your mouth-
And freaked-out-meat, MadCow Diseased–
Back on earth...
Am I even on it?
Fuck...I knew I was-
