A Poem to Lora

by oyster - Scorpio

When I first saw her I was struck
As she sat there, a vision of beauty.
When I asked her to dance,
She agreed, and I knew I was with luck.

As we danced, pressed together, bodies melting,
I believe I fell into a trance.
She was shy and wry and I was eager.
The rhythm, it seemed, lasted an eternity.
Little did I know, A 27-year love dance.

She still has the same wiggle, walk and sex
appeal.
To me, I see the same 21-year old that I did that
night.
Will it ever end, this lovely union?
Not on your life because it is real and surreal!

I am speaking of my wife, you know.
She will be embarassed when she reads,
But I just want her to know
That, Oh, I still love her so!
