Summer Storm The sun sets and the rain Pours. Thunder sounds in the Distance. Lightning feels the Ground with its life. People will say that Is God and the angels Bowling in heaven. The night is too exuberant to embrace And you can feel the presence of Spirits all around. The wind wips upon the trees And the farmers crops, calling to The mother of all nature. Sit out on your porch swing, Watch the storm as it enhances. Some may think it is frightning. I think it is art, the art of our Maker.
Reason for writing:
My inspiration for this poem is that I absolutley love to watch the summer storms. And when I was young, I was told the angels and God were bowling in heaven.
