Not Tonight...Not Ever

by Heather Williams - Libra

It was sitting on the wood again
Shining in the glow of the lights
It was almost is my purse
I shook my head and picked it up
Stormed off to the other room
Demanded that my coworked hide it
Hide it so deep it erases this problem
I came home from work
And now I sit here with this option
I still have one more in my little blue box
One more object that fucks up so much more than flesh
But no...Not tonight and not ever again
Life is too damned short to be bleeding all over the place
This is over as of now
March 29th is day number one of my new life

Reason for writing:

So damn tired of being sad...Starting today it's all over.
