Tonite, I witnessed youths breakin car windows leggin it for cover when we followed them to ask what it is they have done mouthin off at us as of we were the police Why did they do it? For a laff, a few quid, a stereo a sad fact of life But who are the real criminals? The ones who committ the crime or the ones who caused them to commit the crime? Do we blame the parents or the schools? Do we balme the regulations and rules? Are the police failin in all they should do? Are we irisponsible as a neighbour hood watch? Are we afraid that when we see it done we don't report it? Or is the child under stress Depression, insanity from being abused, rejected, neglected from the society they wish to be a part of they don't conform, they all rebel then throw them to the depths of hell. I ask again, who is to blame to shame and be accused of being a criminal?
