I sit at a little round table the club is pretty packed for a saturday night, drunken men keep coming over and asking me to dance the extrememly loud music is pounding in my hand I reply no thanks and keep my eyes on my friend she looks lovely out on the floor, laughing and having a good time I promised him that I would watch her tonight and not let her do anything stupid like before She grabs a man thats sitting at the bar and pulls him out to the floor He grabs her from behind and whispers in her ear she smiles and tells him she will be right back she walks over to the table where I am sitting she smiles and says I’m going to get out of here cover for me okay I start to protest but then say alright just becareful and I’ll see you later tonight your staying at my place right you know that Tony would kill me if he knew that I was covering for you you kissed me on the cheek and say thanks your the best I smiled with doubt in my head just call me when your done so I know that your ok promise you grab the guy’s hand and yell okay I grab my bag and head toward the door I see him kissing all over you as you climb into the car you honk the horn as you drive away I get into my car and drive home with a quilty conscience how could I do this again I just helped you cheat once more my friend
