January, it is cold, no life, no joy, no laughter just darkness with her icy jaws swallowing up the land. Febuary, short in life but still, it is cold the winter draws on darkness feasts some more March and the winds do blow Change is approachin darkness is scared cold shall be no more As life enters in April, the new born lamb symbol that spring is here life is all around the daffodil shines radiant as the sun May, it is warmer now Life is in full blossom Gone is the darkness Here is the Light The sun holds its throne in the sky June, the land is bright sun beams cast all over Children play and lovers dance The season of sweet romance July, hotter still parched is the land thirsty for the rains to come no gentle breeze to refresh the desert lands August, the land is bare the sun blinds with ray where are the winds of change to breathe life into desolate things September, change at last A glorious climatic event Trees cast their leaves Life harvests the land To endure the coming tide October, a symphony of colour Red Sky Golden land A spectacular end to life That brings a tear November, colours fade The days are gone Back are the icy claws of the dark creature to claim the land December, time for remembering to feast before the coming months to enjoy the company of loved ones inside, away from the jaws of cold darkness.
