Love isn't just happiness Just smiling, laughing, and sharing good times Love isn't sharing every single minute together As though you were tied to eachother with invisible thread Love isn't holding hands Nor wrapping your arms around eachother And hoping that the actions prove it to be love Love isn't appearance It's not how you wear your hair or dress up your looks It's not wearing make-up every second your partner is around Because your scared of them seeing the "real" you Love isn't holding back the truth In fear that they'll hate you forever Or end the relationship Love isn't getting all that you want It's not quitting work or your dreams just to be around them more Love isn't lust And lust doesn't mean that you're in love Instead Love is the feeling you get when you're in their arms To be in a room full of people and think that you are the only ones there Love is sacrificing your dreams in order for them to accomplish theirs Love is a GIVING and a getting Love is spending time together but still giving eachother your space You don't want to suffocate them We all have other friends and our own lives Love is missing eachother when you're apart When you're laying in bed at night wishing that they were there Love is being the best of friends Being able to talk to them about anything, confide in them, and look for their advice Being there when they need you to be and having them there when you need them Love is trust even when you've vowed never to trust anyone ever again Love is honesty Telling them everything even though it may risk you being torn apart You may risk it more if you don't tell them And they find out later on that you've wronged and then lied Love is confiding Laying out under the stars telling eachother all your hopes and dreams Everything about you that makes you who you are Love is looking into eachothers eyes and seeing not only them but the person on the inside Looking straight through to who they really are Love is realising eachother's faults and accepting them For no one is perfect and you're not going to love everything about them But you must love them for having their differences Love is disagreement but seeing the others point of view And accepting it as their own and not yours Love is arguing For there are always going to be some Those are the trying times that bind you together Life isn't easy, neither are relationships But you stand by eachother still Love is acceptance Full acceptance You can't change anyone, they are who they are The only changes that should be made are sacrifices and those are done willingly Love is the same feeling as when you were younger And you spun around, faster and faster And you got dizzier and dizzier And eventually you fell into Love.Birth sign: Scorpio
