Except
When you aren't perfect
And don't live up to every expectation
I have graced upon you.
And I feel more shame than anything
When this clutz 
Comes tumbling down that peddastle I've raised you on.

With my heart and soul

When I see a prettier girl
Swing her hips on by
And I don't even let you enter my mind
When her fingernails are a half inch into my flesh
