I stare out my window, Pick up the phone, There's still nobody there, I'm still alone. It seems like forever, Like all my life, Isolated on my own, Drowning in strife. Into the darkness, I reach out in vain, Hoping for contact, Realizing pain. There's nobody there, Nor was there ever, I've been alone for so long, Its an endless endevour. Maybe some day, When I pick up the phone, There will be someone there, I won't be alone. But until that day, When there is a reply, I remain alone, Until the day I die.
Reason for writing:
I never gave a good reason yet and I'm not about to start now. Hahaha :p
