My one safe-house Away from you And everything you bring. This was my place I was surrounded And it created a comfort Freedom I didn't have with you. The only way I could express myself And not worry about How you would retaliate. Write what I want And I didn't have to worry Now you found my secret sanctuary Poetry And I am no longer safe- The quality's pour- I can't say what I really feel- Too affraid of what you'd say.
