all girls love good guys

by chritty - Aries

You stand behind the crowd
afraid to reveal your self
what would they say would they accept you
would the girls like you
if you were your true self
you don’t try and be anyone else
just you that’s all
but no one notices
oh him, yeah he's nice
they want the guy whose not
afraid to take risks
the guy who breaks hearts
like it’s not a big thing
the guys that makes mother and father scream
your the guy she talks to
the one she runs to
when he makes her cry
your there to make her smile
and to laugh
she confides in you and trust you the most
she can tell you things that she couldnt tell him
she tells you your her best friend
and no one could ever take that place
your kind is a rare breed
and your more than needed
girls just tend to take you for granted
your the good guy who’s afraid to shine
your special and no one seems to notice
yea him, he's nice
all the girls flock to you but for the wrong reasons
all you want is a relationship that’s strong
and a place where you can belong
she can talk to you on the phone for hours
and you listen just listen to what she says
and offer your input
The guys tease you because you refuse
to treat girls like bitches
but more like ladies
they make fun of you because your not a player
and you don’t pretend to be
but they are just trying to hide their jealously
all the girls love you
your the smiling face and the sweet voice
they love to hear
your easy to talk to and you always listen
you love your mother and your heart is made of gold
but your the one that keeps getting hurt
when you only wanted someone to love
your a good guy who is afraid to shine
speak up be bold and take over your shrine
don't give up in the end it's you they want to hold
when the jerks toss them out in the cold
on top of the pedalstool is where you belong
and the girls that get dumped by the bad boys knew this all along.
oh yeah him, he's nice
