Our french teachers classroom, happened to be our meeting place. and through her evil presence, you kept a smile on my face. You were my best friend, through bad times and good. In me you trusted, with me you stood. But these are only memories, of what is now broken. The tears have been shed, the words have been spoken. Now all i can do, is sit here and wait. For you to change your mind, i know its not too late. You say that you've changed, but i know thats not true. You're still brilliant and funny, and beautiful too. And even though we havent, been together in awhile. I know you still hide your braces, whenever you smile. If i had one wish, it would come straight from the heart. I'd wish that you and i, would never be apart.
Reason for writing:
i got in a fight with my best friend. It was really hard to go to school and see her but not be able to talk to her. I wrote this poem, to get my feelings out.
