Fair Fight

by Nicole M. - Gemini

I broke your heart
And maybe I did it
In a sinister way-
And I deserve the label
Bitch
you threw upon me
And that you were just using me
Just so you would have somebody-
Yell and scream,
Tell me I'm ugly-
I didn't really care-
I'd even go so far as to say
I had all that coming to me-
All that,
But not those other things-
Like when you said I was a whore
And the apple doesn't fall far from the tree-
And you bastard
You know she's been gone since '83.
You were surprised I didn't sleep around
Seeing as how I liked getting laid
Even when I was eight-
Go ahead, call me plenty of names,
But next time
Just play fair, alright?

Reason for writing:

Some guys just don't play fair.
