she shies away from human affection
they say its an obsession
one that can’t be defined
abandon long ago she promised that
she would never trust again
never allow anyone to say those three little words
she tries to block him out
to make him go away
its for the best
but he wants to hold her to kiss her
 she won’t let him
 she knows that if remains cold he will go away
but what happens when one day she wants him to stay
