Put it off, For another day, Turn your eyes from it, Maybe it'll go away. Just pretend, That its not there, Convince yourself, That you just don't care. Shove it away, Somewhere you can't find, After all, Out of sight, out of mind. Its gone for you, At least for now, You'll do it later, That's what you vow. You know you won't, You never will, And if you do get to it, It'll be all uphill. Just put it off, For another day, But you damn-well know, It won't go away.
