Silence fills my ears
Sound waves disapeared
My lips move but nothing exits
The secret remains forever hid
The world trigers no emotions
So silent, so dull, so old
birds sing in silence
they fly with guidance
theres a barrior to all living
theres a barrior to eternity
What's noise? what's voice?
Where does the difference lie?
How do i know which one is which?
When i've never ever heared it!
Never heard it
Never sang it
Never have I ever felt it
NEVER,NEVER,NEVER
Reason for writing:
To try and demonstrate how and what a deaf person might feel. It is usually difficult for normal people to try and visualise this, and almost definately difficult for a deaf person to realise how the real world operates!
I just thought i could express my understanding of this issue through a poem.
