I often lie awake at nights and I wonder, Where the love that we once knew, has gone Is there a place out there in no-man's land Where broken dreams and heartaches belong. As I lie here staring at the ceiling, Images of you go floating through my mind, And as I try to look upon your lovin' face, Your eyes look back at me, like you were blind. The love that once you and I had shared together Has all now gone and in its place I have found, Lost dreams, lost soul, broken hearted am I here And my castles of hope, crashed to the ground. Sleep wont come to my weary mind, and my heart is hurting still.... I long to hold you in my arms once more, But I guess it's all over now.... and I never will........
