Im not your puppet you can’t control me with a string I won’t dance, I won’t smile and you can’t make me sing. You can’t control my feelings and you can’t control my mind I say what I want and I do it all the time you can’t make me disappear because I im here to stay I’m here for good and you can’t cast me away in some wooden box I won’t let you be the keeper of my stars you can’t tell me how to dress or how to act I won’t let you judge me or talk to me like I am a child I ‘m not your puppet I won’t let you make a fool out of me you can’t tell me what to say or what to see I’m not made of wood and IM not made out of cloth I’m made out of flesh and bone you can’t ignore what I say or how I behave I have opinions and choices I will be heard I will speak my voice I will argue and I will disagree I won’t let your actions affect me listen to the words I have to say I won’t dance I won’t laugh you can’t make me sing I’m not your puppet and I can’t be controlled with a string
